The property is somewhat dated and has been a rental for a long time based on the logs on the bookshelf. There are a lot of steps and the spiral stairs presented a challenge for the dogs and the older guests. The proximity to the ocean is great and the location in the village is very convenient.

Having 3 separate levels was great for our 3 families. Each having own kitchenette was convenient since there was an infant & needed to keep breast milk cool. Lots of bathrooms, loved having the linens already there. Kitchen well equipped. Only negatives was AC vent in main master middle level didn't work but I don't prefer cold sleeping. Ceiling fan in basement floor didn't work, no plug in masterbedroom right sink. These were presented to office. They wanted to put work order in but we declined since never knew when infant would be asleep. Returned all communication in a very quick manner. Needed instructions on how to run TV on main floor & spiral steps was hard for older people, pets & carrying infant. .
