Way too many text messages and not a lot of communication at the same time. Trying to sell insurance when it was already purchased is aggravating when taking a last minute trip to unwind. The caution tape on the side of the house was unsightly and the parking spot is not easy to get in and out of and should possibly be disclosed in the check in information. The blinds need updated immediately as many are not functioning anymore and we are just trying to look at the ocean. Place was clean and had a great view.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the cleanliness and great ocean view. We’ll be sure to pass along your comments regarding the blinds.
Regarding travel insurance, our team only followed up because “Yes” was selected when asked about interest in coverage on the rental agreement. Parking is managed by the HOA and unfortunately outside of our control, but we appreciate you sharing your experience.
Thank you for staying with us.
My daughter and I loved our beach trip at this condo!! It is close to the indoor pool (3 minute walk) and even closer to the beach!!! The entry code on the front door’s battery died, but I called the emergency line and got in within minutes. We did have an unexpected inspection, which was a bit concerning as it was just me and my daughter and a strange man, but I understood he was scheduled by the HOA and not the property management. Overall, we loved the views and easy access to the pool and beach. The outdoor shower rinse after leaving the beach is currently out of order, so we had to get creative with getting the sand off our feet without bringing in a lot of sand to the condo. Hopefully, this will be fixed before the busy season starts! Overall, great experience!

Thank you for leaving a review, Katherine! We appreciate the feedback.
What an amazing stay at Kure Beach! This end unit is best! We loved the space and really enjoyed the view straight out onto the beach and ocean. We were very grateful for the accompanying beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards that are provided, and getting it all to the beach was a breeze with a short walk with the wagon. The rec center right across the street was a 3-min walk and had their indoor pool, hot tub, and gym area. I was very impressed with the gym and how much equipment was available. There was also a basketball court and they were building pickle ball/tennis courts while we were there. The outdoor pool is down the road a bit, and while we never visited it, it looked very accessible.Never had a poor moment during this stay. The quiet beach and great unit made it a true blessing for our family. We are very thankful for how attentive our host was and how they checked in on us throughout the week.

We’re thrilled to hear how much you enjoyed the home, the beachfront views, and all of the included beach gear, it really does make those beach days even better. It’s great to know you were able to take advantage of the nearby rec center as well.
