Walks and paths in the local area with a country feel, but close enough to the motorway to be in the city in 30min.
The house itself has 4 large bedrooms, two having ensuite's and a large family bathroom. A separate toilet is on the ground floor, along with the living/dinning and kitchen having a open plan layout out to the patio to the back of the house.

The house is set in a lovely rural village setting that is calm and peaceful, with newly built walks and farm land just across the road
What makes this property unique
A modern house that has only not long been built. Warm and quite with an outstanding kitchen with island to make get togethers more close.
