A lovely modern two story house, set in rural farmland surrounding the newly developed Karaka village.
Walks and paths in the local area with a country feel, but close enough to the motorway to be in the city in 30min.
The house itself has 4 large bedrooms, two having ensuite's and a large family bathroom. A separate toilet is on the ground floor, along with the living/dinning and kitchen having a open plan layout out to the patio to the back of the house.

This is a lovely place to stay. Originally we booked for 4 adults one child.But due two sickness only two of us cld travel. This accomodation sleeps eight no problem. Modern,spotless very quiet and so comfortable.Host is easily contactable.Karaka Viilage just down road for supplies, we needed to be near Papakura for a family memorial,we were 10 minutes away. I highly recommend staying here.

A modern house that has only not long been built. Warm and quite with an outstanding kitchen with island to make get togethers more close.
