Some of the sheets hadn’t been changed and there were many burned out light bulbs. The location is fabulous. There were builders working next door our entire time and the noise and parking was a problem because of that. But we enjoyed being there.

I can say a lot of negative about this stay but it won’t help. The positives are that Bonnie, the property manager and the local HVAC repair company literally could not do more to help alleviate some of the major issues. Cleaning company clean up after the previous renters was sub par. Home’s overall appearance compared to the photos is deceivingly different and much smaller. It’s very outdated and in need of a remodel. Ceiling fans shake to the point of detachment while doors stick shut and door handles barely hang on. The beauty of being so close to the beach is its redeeming quality. But again, Bonnie, the property manager was unbelievable. She knew we had a 10 month old with us and she knew that things that were broken needed to be fixed asap. To that I give her an a plus in her work and what she does for renters. But to the renters, beware of what comes with location, it may not be exactly what you are looking for.
