The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine at home, while the adjoining lounge offers a comfortable space to relax with a smart TV and Wi-Fi for streaming. Reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main living area ensures year-round comfort.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed with ample wardrobe and storage space, while the second bedroom features a tri-bunk (double on the bottom and single on top), perfect for families or friends travelling together. Both bedrooms include stand alone fans for warm summer nights and quality bedding for a restful stay.

The laundry area offers a washer and dryer for guest use, making longer stays easy and convenient.

- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list.
