The home features six beautifully appointed bedrooms, plus a separate studio (available for larger groups), all styled with premium linens, air conditioning, and serene lake views. With four and a half modern bathrooms, including multiple ensuites, the layout is ideal for larger families or groups wanting both space and privacy.

Guest Information (Important to Know Before Booking)
Wilderness Waters is a much-loved home for families and groups who return year after year to enjoy its peaceful setting. To ensure every guest has the same experience, we ask that all bookings align with the relaxed and respectful nature of the property.

• Guest Numbers
The home accommodates up to 16 guests in total. The studio is only opened for bookings of 15–16 guests and incurs an additional per person cost. The number of guests must be confirmed at booking.

• Respectful Stays
This home is best suited to families and groups looking to relax and spend quality time together. It is not suitable for parties or events. We simply ask guests to be mindful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings.

• No Visitors Policy
Only registered guests are permitted on the property during your stay.

• Caretaker
There is an onsite caretaker located in a separate area of the property, ensuring the home and grounds are maintained without impacting your privacy.

• Property Systems
As a large rural property with a septic system, pool, and smart technology, guests are required to complete a short online registration prior to arrival so everything runs smoothly during your stay.

• Pool
The pool is available from the September school holidays through to the Easter school break. It is not heated, however, the spa can be heated on request prior to your stay.

• Parking
Ample parking is available for up to 8 vehicles.

• Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, though speeds may vary due to the regional location.

• Security
For safety and compliance, there are two external cameras (driveway and entrance) and a noise monitoring system that measures sound levels only (it does not record conversations).
