This property is subject to local regulations governing vacation rental properties.   Under local law, events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 6 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00am. The pool is heated Memorial Day through September.
