Two storey house.within 2 mins to beach.5 mins to marina/shops/tavern/restaurants/medical centre. 10 mins from Yanchep National Park. 8 mins to Yanchep more beach/cafe/shops. Bus accross the road directly to Yanchep train line. The spot approx 5mins, awesome for fishing,4wd and beach.
The property boast a spa like retreat upstairs complete with jet spa and balcony. With Ocean views. Downstairs large bedrooms. Loads of room for al fresco dining or just chilling watching a movie.

This modern well built two store house is in the Northern Perth suburbs ,approx 1 hr from Perth city . This suburb was mainly a place for holiday makers, however since Perth is sprawling out ,there a many new homes being built in this area. It still has several tourists attractions very close. Beach 2 min drive/10 min walk, Yanchep national park,10 mins drive. Two Rocks shops all with tavern,cafes,Indian and fish n chips. Also a very friendly IGA supermarket and bakery right on the marina.
