The house was a great size to accommodate the 12 of us. Very spacious. Unfortunately we were there during stormy weather for part of our stay, but the pool table was a life saver for entertainment. Stinky’s being across the street was very convenient for food options and evening entertainment. Easy access to the beach.

Great location directly across from Stinky’s fish camp and dune Allen beach access. The place looks brand new. Plenty of space for our four family crew. Would most definitely book here again!

The house itself was extremely nice. Perfect for a large group of people. Every room had a great view, no complaints there. My only issue is communication was lacking. The second day of our stay a man (landscaper) entered the gated backyard, while we were in the pool and my dog was outside. My dog had almost gotten out of the property. When I called the property manager she was a bit rude, asking me if I was leaving my dog unattended (when we were outside with her every single time she was out there). She then proceeded to tell me that they didn’t know when lawn and pool people would come there was no set schedule. But then said she would inform me if the pool people were going to be coming at any point the rest of our stay. She in fact did not inform me, and the pool person showed up the next day while we had people in the pool. Which was upsetting. So other than the poor communication with the property manage the place was really nice.

Our concern was simply making sure your dog wasn’t left unattended in the backyard, as we have landscaping, pool, and other service vendors who may need access to the property during a guest’s stay. Unfortunately, we don’t always receive an exact time or advance notice of when they will arrive. We also sincerely apologize for not following up regarding the pool company’s schedule. The dishwasher was not working, which made meal cleanup inconvenient. Especially for a multi-family stay. We did put in a work order, somebody came by however he was not able to fix the problem and said it would need to be looked into further. The issue was never resolved. We also experienced a significant fruit fly problem in the kitchen area throughout our stay. Hopefully these issues can be addressed for future guests.

The house was laid out great. Plenty room for 8 adults and 8 children. Great location. ConsLess than 12 PCs stemware in the cabinet Maybe 13 bath towels I. The whole house. The oven didn’t work. The crock pot didn’t work. The management company was very responsive. But we feel the inventory of basics and the working of the appliances should be verified before our check inThe other major issue the sewer lift station. For the house quit working. Once again the response was reasonably quick and it was fixed The major complain for normal stuff is lack of an ice maker We have stayed in houses in the same area for the last 6 years and all of them had at least one and some of them two ice makers The appliance repair man checked the refrig said it was working g fine. But that it would make 8 cubes of ice every three to four hours That equals four cubes a day per person !!!!The owners need to install a large ice maker.

Beautiful Home and the location was awesome. The home has several issues starting with the refrigerator. The ice maker was frozen and making no ice. We cleaned it up and even after that it made 10 cubes of ice a day causing us to buy ice every day. When we got there several of the chairs in the kitchen were wobbly and one was missing two screws in which the maintenance man took with him. The main issue is that refrigerator it needs to be replaced the freezer didn’t get cold and the fridge either. But we made it through. I would definitely stay there again. The communication was good.

The house was great. But for a house this big and new they didn’t have amenities for the stay. We booked for a week stay. House didn’t have extra toilet paper, paper towels, or garbage bags. Only 2 garbage bags and 1 toilet paper roll that was on the dispenser. Also had minimal hotel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. So we had to buy that as well. The house is right next to the beach which was great but didn’t have any each towels, umbrellas, toys, etc. only a few beach chairs. The golf cart was broken and had to be swapped out. The hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived but a pool guy did come get it working the next day. The communication was terrible and was ran by an AI app they use and half the time I tried to contact someone it said I didn’t have any booking so I couldn’t use the chat. When I tried to call the number I would wait on hold and then sent to a voicemail which I never received a call back. One other thing that’s not their fault was the restaurant behind the house, it was loud and garbage and food deliveries every night. For this price there’s plenty of other homes we could’ve rented and next year we will.

For any maintenance issues during your stay, we provide a dedicated local maintenance phone number inside the home, along with a QR code that lets guests submit a work order directly to our maintenance team. This is the fastest way to receive assistance. Reporting maintenance concerns through VRBO messaging can delay communication, as our on-site maintenance staff does not monitor those messages. Regarding supplies, our listing clearly states that we provide a starter kit of essentials upon arrival. We do not stock consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, toiletries, or similar supplies for the entire duration of a stay, especially in a home designed to accommodate up to 20 guests. Once the starter supplies are used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items they may need during their vacation. As for the hot tub, we responded promptly, and our local pool technician had it operational the following day. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to ensure guests understand our communication procedures and the amenities provided before arrival.
