The unit was meticulously clean and very comfortable. It has the same amount of care and attention as you would expect to see inna full time residence. Something notable that was very helpful - the kitchenware. Dishes, pots, pans - all high quality and like new. And having ACTUALLY sharp knives to work with as opposed to the typical cheap, dull, overused ones you see in most rentals was a breath of fresh air. Since I was stuck inside during the Nor'easter, having a quality kitchen allowed me to cook like I was at home, and I even ended up hosting a couple neighbors for drinks on 2 of the nights I was there. I would LOVE to have this unit on next year's trip.

The place was great. The weather did not cooperate as it was in the 60s and rained every day. We opened the sliding doors and watched and listened to the waves. It was a short walk to the boardwalk. Close to everything but was quiet. The only negative was the bedroom needs some blackout curtains as there is a light just outside the bedroom and the room was lit up brighter at night then in the day time.
