1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.
2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 5 days post-checkout.
3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10PM on weekdays and 11pm on weeknights, decks, balconies and pools.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. No "schoolies" bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property.
10. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 14.
11. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking.
