✱✱ ✱✱ Please note, as much as we love our furry friends, we unfortunately do not accept animals at this property, service or otherwise. We are not the owners, so we must honor the owner’s decision. Due to the owner’s allergies and for future guests’ health and safety, we are unable to accommodate any pets including service animals or emotional support animals at this property. We appreciate your understanding

✱✱ There will be a fine starting at $500 if there is evidence of smoking inside after check-out.

✱✱ Please note there is a noise ordinance from 10 PM – 8 AM which means no noise of any kind that can be heard by the neighbors including talking and music… this can be found in the house rules and is strictly enforced — thank you!

✱✱ No parties of any kind permitted at any time. Only guests on the reservation are permitted on the property

✱✱ For everyone’s safety:
We have exterior security cameras installed — one facing the front of the house and another at the back overlooking the pool area. These are strictly for safety and are not actively monitored unless an incident occurs that requires footage review
✱✱ Please know that tampering, covering, or moving security cameras them without the consent of the host will be subject to a $100 fine — thanks for helping us take care of our property

✱✱ We require all guests under the reservation to provide a government-issued ID to the host prior to the check-in time, as well as sign a rental agreement which you can see under House Rules.

✱✱ Entry instructions will not be sent out until the Govt-issued ID is received
✱✱ We use a third-party platform to communicate with guests

✱✱ Guests staying 2 weeks or more will have an additional cleaning added to the reservation payable by the guest

✱✱While the pool doesn't have a heater, it basks in sunlight throughout the day ensuring a comfortably mild temperature even during the cooler season.

✱✱ We aim to make your experience enjoyable including your use of our pool. Maintaining a pristine pool is important — that’s why we schedule pool cleaning twice a week. Natural factors like wind, rain, and vegetation can occasionally cause debris to appear despite our best efforts. If you desire a spotless pool throughout your stay, we offer daily cleaning services for an additional $50 per cleaning. Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to arrange this service.

✱✱ We provide propane gas for your use. We ask that the BBQ be maintained and cleaned after each use. If not, guests will be charged a $50 cleaning fee

✱✱ When early check-in and late check-out are available, we are happy to accommodate for a fee. Price varies according to the time selected.

✱✱ Early Check-in & Late Check-out fees are non-refundable as per Stripe to further protect HostyMosty from chargebacks.

✱✱ The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables

✱✱ Guests, please understand that Miami is located in a tropical climate, and that insects and lizards flourish in this environment. If doors are not kept closed, small visitors can enter. Although the Owner will use its best efforts to minimize your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that any contact with such a pest does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment!

Also, iguanas are a natural part of our tropical environment and may occasionally wander near the pool, especially on sunny days. While the property is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and after the pool and landscaping services, we unfortunately don’t have on-call staff for any small droppings they might leave. If you notice some, please feel free to use a plastic bag (extras are provided in the home) or a broom to sweep them away.

✱✱ Candles are NOT permitted inside the unit at any time

✱✱ Neither the Property Owner nor the property manager (HostyMosty) is responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises — this includes use of the swimming pool. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises
