Located deep in the heart of Texas, between Houston and Austin, you'll enjoy a serene pastoral setting filled with farmland charm. In the evenings, the sky opens up under a blanket of stars with views of the Milky Way. Wineries, farm shops, and charming small towns can all be found just a short drive from the home.

The cottage is bright and inviting, with updated decor and furnishings equipped for complete modern comfort. A full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances makes planning and preparing home-cooked meals easy. A Smart TV sets the stage for family movie nights.

The front porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee, while a wood-burning firepit in the yard offers a cozy nighttime gathering place for s'mores and stargazing.

Cyclists will find plenty of scenic bike routes to explore. Seasonal blooms of Texas Bluebonnet fill the area with brilliant displays of color from March to May. The region, known as 'The Birthplace of Texas', played an important role in the state's founding history. The Washington-on-the-Brazos State Historic Site (7.6 mi.) tells this story through immersive historical displays and artifacts.

Cute an quiet

I rente this property for my daughter and her friends who were running a 1/2 marathon near by. They were able to rest and prepare for their run. The place is very clean, the neighborhood is quiet. You’ll get to enjoy very nice views while driving to get there.
