We had a wonderful stay! The host was great and very accommodating of our wedding party. The space looks even bigger in person and was perfect for our needs. It was also within walking distance of our bridesmaid’s house, which made everything super convenient. Highly recommend!

Beach house

Garage was filled with garbage and recyclables it's not right on the beach you have to walk a little ways to get there and it would have helped if the light switches were labeled. On the other hand our stay was wonderful and would definitely be coming back very pretty views loved the stay

Entryway smelled of urine- overwhelming and a horrible horrible first impression!! Carpet was heavily soiled up the stairs and in the bedrooms with visible stains that looked like urine. Carpet needs to be completely replaced - it’s just beyond cleaning. Such potential but ick! they could provide some decent furniture (current sofa and chairs are comfy but ripped and there is only seating for 5 people) on first floor. Also some outdoor furniture would have enabled us to enjoy the outside deck. There is no furniture out there just dead plants in pots. overgrown shrubs and first step on stairs to house was a hazard. Location was excellent- walk to town and lighthouse. Kitchen and bathrooms were decent. This place could be so cute! Furniture felt like it was grabbed hodgepodge from garage sales

Better options for a local stay

Our group felt this listing to be a bit disingenuous. Managed by a large property company, which made trip communication slightly awkward. Beware: their “dynamic pricing model” means that trying to extend your check out by a day (even though the following week was completely unbooked) said company will ask for 2x the nightly price of your booking. Weird. Also, the listing makes it appear that this property is located on/with a view of the beach. This is NOT the case. With seawalls, it’s actually a significant walk to access the water, which was difficult as our group included 2 pregnant folks. Worth knowing. Positives: the place is great for dogs and has ample space for large groups. Neighbor was also super nice and welcoming. And they area was nice if not exactly as advertised.
