A Peaceful Retreat in Wine Country - The Maefield Vineyard House

Experience the sights, sounds and tastes of the Russian River Valley when you stay at the Merry Edwards Maefield Vineyard House. This grand, 3,000-square-foot home is surrounded by one of the Merry Edwards sauvignon blanc vineyards. It has a beautiful cedar interior and impressive redwood exterior which was crafted from redwood trees milled onsite.

Enjoy the culinary delights of the many restaurants in the area or create a meal in the fully-equipped professional kitchen. Gather at the spectacular 12-foot-long redwood table that seats 12 comfortably. You may choose to barbeque on the gas grill and dine at the patio table that seats 8-10. Top off the day with a relaxing soak in the hot tub or the warmth of the sauna.

A lovely getaway

We had a fabulous time during our stay. The house was lovely and in a perfect location. And the owner Julie could not have been more helpful and responsive. We would recommend to anyone looking for a group trip to wine country.

Incredible Stay!

We loved every second being at The Maefield Vineyard House. It was an all around perfect weekend getaway with 8 friends. So cozy, clean, perfect location, private, and had so many personal touches like fruit, bread, a complimentary bottle of wine and tasting at Merry Edwards, etc. Hope to come back again soon to Russian River and stay here again! 10/10!

Wine tasting with family and friends

Absolutely beautiful! So clean and in the middle of a vineyard. Julie, owner was great at communicating and even met us at our wine tasting. The place had plants and fresh flowers. Beds were so comfy. We had such a blast in the hot tub and playing cards at the large redwood table!! Would totally recommend.
