Steps to the free pool and boat dock, 10 minutes to Bethany Beach and 1 minute from groceries and restaurants, this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath corner townhome sleeping 10 features stunning water views from 3 porches, tremendous living space as well as kayaks with life jackets and paddles, beach chairs, umbrellas, an air hockey table and a propane barbecue for your enjoyment. Parking for 3 vehicles is right in front of the home and/or in the garage.

The beds are king, 2 queens, a bunk bed sleeping 3 in a full size and twin as well as a Futon. Please bring your own linens and towels or rent them. Pillows and blankets are provided and inspected. To rent them, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View who deliver and drop off. The kitchen is well equipped with all that you'll need for a week including a combination drip/K-cup. The home boasts 3 smart TVs. Please bring your passwords for your apps.

There are multiple living areas including two primary suites with attached baths, family rooms and 3 levels of balconies and porches with wonderful water views that invite you to soak in salty breezes overlooking White Creek.

Community amenities include a free pool, kayak launch, and boat ramp, right outside your house. Everyday conveniences are right around the corner—grocery shopping at Weis or Giant grocery stores, and dining at local restaurants. Fish and crab off the dock with a license.
