Relax in the cozy living area, complete with comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV. The kitchen has been recently updated and is fully equipped.
One bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. There a 2 twin beds in the other. The bathroom has also been renovated and features a tiled shower and vanity.
Outside, you can unwind in the private fenced backyard, complete with a firepit for roasting marshmallows. The cottage is ideally located within walking distance to local attractions, including a brewery and restaurant.
As our guests, we provide $50-100 worth of free daily activities, such as rafting, ziplining, horseback riding, and more. Park on the Hiwassee street side of the house. Entry is in the breezeway between the garage and house.
No fireworks, or other explosives of any kind are allowed to be discharged on the property grounds. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin. We do not tolerate parties, or any other activity that might disturb neighbors.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
