as soon as you open the door to this 3rd story property you will be greeted with a open floor plan, we have water views from every window! our favorite thing about our property is the French doors that completely open up to the balcony that really shows off the water view, palm trees swaying and those beautiful Texas Sunsets! We are on the 3RD floor so our views are from up top where its nice and quiet!

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location with a beautiful water view, and the place was clean with all the appliances we needed. The only minor issues were a bright security light shining through the windows at night (no curtains, so it was a bit hard to sleep) and a broken toilet seat. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return

Really cute place! Unfortunately it rained the whole time so didn't get to use the pool, the balcony or walk to the beach but enjoyed the condo. Very comfy bed! Nicely stocked kichen...we will definitely stay here again!

Parking spot was great, location was perfect! Very cute beach decor, older condo, amenities could be stepped up a bit but overall we loved our stay. We loved the saltwater pool and hot tub. Walking to the beach every day was amazing. Local restaurants were very nice.

Had a great stay, the photos are very accurate. The place is very cozy and a great location. Only heads-up is that this unit is on the 3rd floor, so come prepared to get your steps in.

This was a great small condo. It is advertised as sleeping 4 and it does. It is more ideally suited for just two. You have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom which is the only reason I am saying it is more suited for only two. The bed was comfortable which was important because we really only slept there. The beach is walking distance and the pool was nice.

The place I stood in was poor. I didn't like the number of rules; it felt like they wanted us to keep the place cleaner than we received it. I told my wife that from now on I would be staying at the hotel where the rooms are cleaned every day, and it is also by the beach. I was not too happy with this place. I will never come here again. I rented a place in Naples, Florida, and it was absolutely outstanding. The bottom line is that this was supposed to be for four people, and, to be honest with you, it was actually for three. Either way, we managed to survive and stay here. But rest assured, I would never rent this place again. Thank you
