Come and discover this charming house of 78 m² with modern lines in the heart of the village of Salles-sur-Mer. In the heart of a quiet and pleasant area not far from the coast and all amenities, enjoy a relaxing stay with family or friends!
You will have a bright living room with a lounge area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with central island, two bedrooms, a shower room as well as a garden and a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal in the sun! Sheets and towels not provided.

The single-story dwelling consists of the following (there are 2 steps to access the house) :

Day area:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a corner sofa, coffee table, TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room, with a central island with 4 seats, and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, ice maker...

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and storage space.

- A 30 m² terrace facing south, equipped with garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue.
- A large enclosed garden of 200 m², equipped with a dining table and deckchairs to enjoy a good meal outside!
