About this property
The Shamrock - 700m to the Beach
Our newly renovated Beach House is just a short stroll to the heart of Rosebud. Loads of off street parking means you can leave the car and walk to the beach in under 10 minutes. Pubs, supermarkets, coffee, ice cream. just around the corner! Enjoy a beautiful morning walk along the beach and the most memorable sunsets from the Pier. Our little beach shack is the perfect place to rest after enjoying all that Rosebud and Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

Cute and cosy, The Shamrock has everything you will need. Loads of off street parking. A small family friendly home with cooking facilities including outdoor BBQ. The perfect place to rest and enjoy a wine on the deck.
You will have access to the whole house and parking area behind the home. Please excuse the space behind the parking area as we maintain it.
Our properties are self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not:
Sleeping Arrangement:
Bedroom 1 - bunkbed
Bedroom 2 - sofa bed (Linen is not provided, so we kindly ask that you bring your own if you plan to use it.
Bedroom 3 - 1 queen bed
Included:
Linen:
• Bed Linin including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets)
• One bath towel per person.
• Hand towels in the bathroom
• T towels for the kitchen
A starter pack in including:
• 4 x toilet roles per toilet
• Hand soap
• Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided)
• Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes
What is not included:
• Flat sheets
• Beach or pool towels
• Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods.
• Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables.
• Face clothes/washers
• Shampoo and conditioner.
Bed linen is not included for the sofa bed.
The property has no WIFI.
Air conditioning is in the main lounge only.
