place is as described very short walk to beach. I would say the beaches are beautiful. The unit is very clean no dishwasher ok only 2 of us not a lot of dishes to wash. The bathroom is very small the shower no door just a curtain did not do a good job of keeping water from leaking out. There was a lot of water on the floor after showering kind of mess and hard to keep dry. The TV only streaming which you have to provider your own. The outdoor space very nice. We used the grill a few nights worked well. We planned a 10 nite vacation at this unit. On day 5 we woke to a lot of noise in the back of the unit including large equipment. My husband went out to investigate he was told the owner said it was okay to start pool project installing an inground swimming pool. A max of maybe 3 feet from our bedroom window. We were never made aware of this project?. It was noisy. A true construction site

Thank you for the detailed feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the cleanliness of the unit, and the outdoor space and grill. I’m sorry the small bathroom and shower curtain caused water on the floor — we’ll add better mats and look at a more effective curtain/liner. I’ll also update the listing to make the streaming-only TV requirement clearer. I apologize about the pool construction at the property , it is in our listing that a pool is being put in and there will be construction for about 4 months , but it appears that that did not carry over to the VRBO listing , I have since included that in the VRBO listing as well. WE would love to invite you back at a special rate on one of our properties! Thank you again for letting us know — we’ll use this to improve future stays. Sun Palace Vacation Homes

L'hébergement est super. La seule chose qui a été plus difficile lors de notre arrivée est qu'il y a trois condos dans le bâtiment et le nôtre était situé à l'arrière. Nous sommes arrivés tard en soirée et il a été difficile de trouver notre suite : nous avons dû contacté le numéro d'urgence qui nous a été très serviable! Je pense qu'il faudrait plus d'information sur la disposition des appartements sur le portail des invités ou encore sur place avec des écriteaux pour diriger vers la bonne suite. Autrement, super condo et nous avons passé un super séjour!
