We have rented many VRBO's homes in the past. Property manager was very good. They took care of most problems within 24 hours. The house is dated. Needs a full refurbishment. Old appliances, beds etc. Pool was dirty and the neighborhood is very noisy with all the construction and lawn and shrub maintenance going on. TV only had Roku. Not a fan. Get cable for your guests at this price. I would search for another property to rent.

Thank you! We did address every single issue that you reported. The pool is an open pool so it will get dirty and the pool company can't service it everyday as you can imagine. The house is not super updated as depicted in the photos and it is priced accordingly.
