• Please note that the building complex has other apartments with young kids so we aren't able to allow parties or loud gatherings in this Apartment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone in the community.
• Whilst this apartment has a strict no-party policy, you’re only a 30-second walk from the Ocean Beach Surf Life Saving Club, which can host parties, functions and events with an amazing view. Just a two-minute walk away is a great local restaurant called Margherita Daze, which also hosts events and offers equally stunning views. At the end of the night, you can simply retire to the apartment, only footsteps away.
• Additionally, whilst you're more than welcome to enjoy music etc, please be mindful of noise levels, particularly after 8pm, to respect the privacy and comfort of everyone else in the building complex. We appreciate your cooperation in these guidelines.
• Please keep in mind there is NO on-site parking, however guests are more than welcome to park in the left hand driveway in front of the black garage door for 5-10 minutes to load / offload people and luggage. There is usually ample street parking within a 1-2 minute walk, especially in the surf club car park and down Norman Street.
Pet House Rules:
• One small to medium size toilet trained pet is allowed at this property. *Ensure you select one pet when making your booking • No pets on furniture. carpeted areas or beds Extra cleaning fees apply if pet hair is found inside. *We want to be considerate to guests with allergies. • Please take your pet offsite for toilet duties, there's a park and beach across the road!

Wow wow wow! What a fantastic place, it had everything you could ask for in a perfect position. Such high end finishing touches, loved it all, all the little things too, fluffy pillows, ample cutlery and glasses, super comfy beds. Highly recommended in every way! We will be back for sure

Can easily say this was one of the best stays we’ve had in NSW. The communication was so easy with the property managers and also very quick to respond. They were very flexible when we asked for an early check in. The design of the property itself and the items within felt like they were carefully put there for the tenants comfort even when it wasn’t required to do so. The shops were a short easy walk from property and so was the beach. The best hands down!!
