Spacious two-story, features ski slope views, modern aesthetics and amazing craftsmanship. Great location close to local amenities, including shops, restaurants, hiking trails, golf course, Bear Mountain Ski Resort and the Big Bear Zoo.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1400 sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a king bed and TV. Upstairs second bedroom has two double beds, TV, and shared bathroom. Upstairs third bedroom has a twin/twin bunk bed, TV, and shared bathroom. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs and cable TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.
