Studio - C ~ Light Filled Seventies Classic
A short walk from lake, surf and Green Island this light filled seventies classic is the south coast studio of two Sydney Artists.
Furnished by generations (retro with a hint of ikea) it sleeps seven and is ideal for your family holiday.
A huge covered deck makes for an exceptional all weather outdoor living space.
There is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room along with 3 bedrooms - 2 with double beds and one with a double bunk and a single.
Bed linen and towels provided.
One bathroom with shower and toilet upstairs and laundry located downstairs.
The house is warm in winter with a fanned gas heater.
Cafe with burgers, fish and chips, house made pizza and good coffee nearby at The Deli.
No pets allowed.
Strictly no smoking inside.
