Inside, you'll find a plush memory foam queen bed, flat-screen TV, offering both Roku and cable, dedicated workspace, and complimentary Wi-Fi—ideal for both unwinding and staying connected. Thoughtful touches like a mini-fridge, coffee maker, ample storage, and a private en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo ensure a seamless and comfortable stay.

As a guest of Highridge, you'll enjoy access to exceptional resort amenities, including an on-site sports center featuring a large indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and game room. On weekends and holidays, take advantage of the complimentary shuttle to and from the slopes, or—when conditions allow—ski right back to the property via the Highridge ski-home trail.

Highridge offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration and approval. Guests must download the SWTCH app AND contact us to be registered before their arrival.

Things to keep in Mind:
• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required. Contact KRA to register your information.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
