Nestled in the quiet town of Proctor, VT, our home is located in a well established, local neighborhood where you'll find it easy to relax with the whole family.
Our home makes a perfect basecamp whether you are visiting to hike, bike, fish, hunt, swim, boat, ski, snowboard, or take in the beautiful fall colors while touring the VT countryside, our home's central location will be the perfect place to come home to after your days adventures!
Centrally located, Proctor offers the perfect location for your New England vacation.
A few items to note:
Pico is about 20 minutes away and Killington another 10 minutes beyond Pico.
Enjoy hiking and biking right out your door or drive a short distance in any direction to find other trails to explore.
Lake Bomoseen is an easy 20 minute drive and has great day use areas as well as boat rentals.
Several Long Trail access points within driving distance.
