Nicely renovated property with everything you need for a comfortable stay but finishings lack quality as multiple small breakdowns including main bedroom window crank broken; bathroom door falls off railing easily and no proper window coverings (blinds or curtains) or flyscreens. Kitchen well setup, smart tv, washing machine , bbq etc all appreciated. Beds slightly on the soft side but thats personal preference.

Built in 1942, Mrs Barkly is an old girl with a big facelift. Large yard in a great location, 100 year old gumtree at the back door is perfect for sitting under on a hot summers afternoon.
