We’re just 2 minutes from local amenities, 10 minutes to Tauranga City Centre, and 20 minutes to vibrant Mount Maunganui. Spend the day exploring bustling cafés, boutique shops, and stunning beaches, then return to your own slice of paradise, accompanied by the gentle call of the Morepork/Ruru and a star-filled sky away from city lights.

• Beautiful beaches and river swimming holes
• Perfect picnic spots
• Scenic parks and hiking tracks in the Kaimai Mountain Range
• Two major shopping centres (20 minutes away) or local shopping centre just 5 minutes down the road

Inside, unwind in a spacious master bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed and blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom offers a cozy king single bed, and we can provide a high-quality thick self-inflating mattress for an extra child if needed (pre arranged). Enjoy 100% cotton linen, fresh pillows, and mattresses, with bedding options to suit individual temperature preferences.
You have your own designated parking at the entrance to our brand new cottage (extra parking available on request).
Although your hosts live in the main house on the property, your privacy is respected, and we’re available if you need assistance.
Pet-friendly option: We understand how hard it is to leave your furry family behind. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement-please discuss with us. While the cottage is not fenced from the road, we have a large secure front garden for our own dogs that may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact us to discuss options for your dog.

We built our cottage in late 2025 but have lived in the local area about 10 years. Helen, Nadeen and Nick live here in the main house on our one acre property that we've slowly been renovating since 2019. We all enjoy the outdoors: Nick surfs, Nadeen rides horses and Helen walks her dogs. Its lovely to be able to share our beautiful little corner of the world.
