Toilet Use: We request that you only flush human waste and toilet paper down the toilet. For all other items, please use the bins provided for proper disposal. This will help prevent plumbing issues and ensure a trouble-free stay for everyone.
Authorized Guest Count: To ensure a cozy and safe stay, we request that only the guests listed in your reservation join us at the property. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your guest count. An extra guest fee of $50 per person per night applies.
Recycling: Guests are required to follow proper recycling and waste-sorting guidelines. Any city fines resulting from incorrect or irresponsible sorting will be charged to the guest, up to $300, to cover penalties incurred. A Smoke-Free Environment: To maintain a comfortable environment for all, we strictly enforce a no-smoking policy indoors. A $1,000 fine will be imposed to cover extensive cleaning and odor removal.
Cancellation Policy: Before confirming your reservation, please review the provided cancellation policy. Once confirmed, it will be assumed that you acknowledge and accept its terms. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen cancellations.
Maintenance and Care: We request that you treat our home with the same care and respect as you would your own. If any items are accidentally damaged or broken during your stay, please inform us promptly so we can arrange repairs for future guests.
We reserve the right to terminate a reservation immediately if any house rules are not observed. Your responsible conduct is greatly valued and helps ensure a harmonious and enjoyable experience for everyone.
