This spacious 2-BDR, 2-Bath apartment is perfect for families or couples looking for a relaxed getaway. Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, with one bathroom as a private ensuite for added convenience. After a day of exploring, kick back inside and enjoy cinema nights with our pull-down projector screen, a guest favorite.



The Space:

The apartment features two comfortable queen bedrooms, including a master bedroom with ensuite, plus a second full bathroom for added convenience. The open living and dining space is designed for comfort and quality time, whether you’re sharing meals, relaxing, or enjoying a movie night together.



A dedicated car space is included, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. While the building is currently undergoing exterior works, the interior of the apartment remains peaceful, well-appointed, and focused on delivering a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



✶✶✶ Notice: Scaffolding Works: The building currently has external scaffolding in place, which may partially affect the view. All work is done during daytime hours and doesn’t affect access, safety, or comfort inside the apartment. I appreciate your understanding while these improvements are being completed.



Guest Access:

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, so you can settle in and feel at home from the moment you arrive. Guests are welcome to use all areas of the apartment, including the living and dining space, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.



The building has secure access, and you’re free to come and go as you please throughout your stay. Whether you’re heading out early for a beach walk or returning late after dinner in the city, everything is set up for an easy and comfortable stay.



Other Things to Note:

✺ Check-in & check-out times are set to allow our cleaning team enough time to prepare the apartment for the next guests. Early check-in from 12 pm or late check-out until 12 pm may be available upon request, subject to availability. A $50.00 fee applies to each option, and this must be arranged and paid for in advance. Unfortunately, same-day requests for early access can’t be accommodated.



✺ Our cancellation policy is firm, so please review it carefully before booking.



✺ We always aim to treat our guests with care and respect, and we kindly ask for the same in return. From time to time, unexpected things can come up, but if there’s ever an issue, we’ll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.



✺ We’re a family with four young children (6 and under), so there may be times when we can’t respond immediately. That said, we’ll always get back to you as soon as we can. We also love travelling with our caravan and discovering local spots, so if you have a hidden gem or favourite place, we’d love to hear about it!



✺ Inside the apartment, you’ll find a welcome book with some of our favourite things to do, along with great places to eat and drink — be sure to check it out.



✺ Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details you need for your stay. Please take a moment to read through it, as it contains important and helpful information.



✺ Please note that we’re able to provide one set of keys per stay.
