Luxurious apartment for 6 people max, very well equipped with quality materials, decorated with care, very large sun terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, hanging chair, cactus.<br>3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, fast and unlimited Wifi.<br>In a luxury residence with heated swimming pool, tennis, snack bar, restaurant, large park, direct access to the ocean, minimarket, bakery<br>A 5 minute drive to the beach.<br>Ideal for a stay with family, friends, couples or to work remotely.<br><br>The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of:<br>-Very large sun terrace with deckchairs, table, chairs, garden furniture, hanging chair, cactus, blinds<br>- Large living/dining room with air conditioning, sofa, armchairs, TV, table, chairs<br>-Fully equipped open kitchen with central island, American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave...<br>-3 bedrooms, 1 of which opens onto the terrace with air conditioning <br>-2 bathrooms with toilet, swimming room, shower, washing machine, hairdryer<br>Free fast and unlimited WIFI<br><br>The apartment is ideally located in the beautiful luxury residence Marazul del Sur, with 1 large heated swimming pool with deckchairs, parasols, large tropical park where you can take nice walks, direct access to the ocean by a beautiful cove at the bottom of the residence, 1 snack bar, 1 restaurant, 1 bakery, 1 minimarket, 1 hairdresser, 3 tennis courts, 1 basketball and football court, 1 ping pong table, 2 petanque courts, 1 clothing shop<br><br>You also benefit from free activities such as yoga classes, water aerobics, pilates, fitness, archery, ...) and a mini club for children during the French school holidays.<br><br>Between May 7th and June 18th, the activities of the residence, the shops of the residence and the bar and restaurant of the residence are closed for annual holidays. You will have access to the swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrellas, the tennis courts, bowling greens, table tennis, the large park. The price has been adjusted accordingly

Christmas getaway

The property was well kitted, spacious and clean. The location of the property was well suited for us as we had a car. With a car we were able to reach the popular Adeje in 18 minutes and the more relaxed San Juan in 10 mins. There is also a smaller coastal town 6 minutes away with a well stocked supermarket and a good collection of restaurants and bars. The resort itself was well looked after and very clean. It was mostly older people and young families there, which meant there was a more relaxed feel about the place. The bar and restaurant onsite were reasonably priced and the quality of food was good. We would definitely recommend 👌.

Das Apartment wird als Luxusapartment beworben. Die Bilder müssen schon Jahre alt sein. Brunnen auf der Terrasse kaputt, Gasgrill nicht wie auf den Bildern. Ist kleiner und war stark verschmutzt. Farbe blättert von den Wänden, Teppiche und Polster mit Flecken übersät. Möbel und Bilder fehlen. Es waren nur Löcher on der Wand wo das Bild hing. Anreise ohne Beschreibung. Musste Herr Clement anrufen um genaue Beschreibung zu bekommen. Schlüssel war am Fenster hinterlegt das wars. Her Clement war bemüht die gröbsten Mängel abzustellen. Man kann es gut nutzen aber von Luxuriös weit entfernt. Pool wird mit beheizt angegeben. Er war kalt. Erst kurz vor Weihnachten wurde er geheizt. Dann hatte er ca. 25 Grad. Ansonsten denke ich 20 bis 22 Grad. Handtücher hatte teilweise wahrscheinlich durch Bleiche verfleckt. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer für gesamt 6 Personen. Bei voller Belegung reicht das Besteck und Geschirr nicht unbedingt. Was soll man sagen, wir waren 4 Wochen dort. Es war ok aber nicht luxuriös. Es müsste eine Renovierung gemacht wrrden, Möbel ergänzen und reparieren und Teppiche, Sessel und Decken grundreinigen.
