Welcome to Sound Legacy! This stunning retreat offers the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and breathtaking views of the sound.

The ground level is all about fun and relaxation, with a game room complete with a wet bar, mini-fridge, and ice maker, plus a TV and plenty of games. On this level there is also a room with two twin beds connected to a semi-private bath. Step outside to your private oasis featuring a 10-by-24-foot pool, hot tub, and a fully fenced outdoor area with dining and lounge seating for everyone to enjoy.

Back inside on the middle level, you’ll find a luxurious king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tiled shower and soaking tub, plus direct access to a deck overlooking the sound. On this level you will also find a queen bedroom and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and trundle.

The top level features an airy great room with soaring ceilings, beautiful flooring, and a cozy electric fireplace, creating the ideal space to gather. A 55” TV and open-concept design make it perfect for entertaining, while the expansive windows and deck provide spectacular sunset views. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large island with seating, and a coffee station, all flowing into a spacious dining area.
