This was our second time booking this property and we absolutely love it! With the many windows the views are amazing and we loved sitting on the deck with our morning coffee. We also loved the convenience of being right on the beach, too! The owners are so thoughtful in providing almost anything you will need and they supply a lot of beach items like chairs, cooler, umbrella, beach toys, etc. If you stay in this lovely unit you won’t be disappointed!

We could not have asked for a better vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped except for a pizza pan and ice pick, who could ask for anything better, lol.My husband and I are alittle on the more "mature" side so the balcony made the trip. We could sit out there in the morning and tan, read, watch the waves, and just relax with no sand. Breeze blew the whole time we were there until the last day.The children came the middle of the week and we never felt like we were on top of one another as in some places the five of us have stayed. We try a different beach each year and Fernandina has proven to be our favorite. Will book again, same place same time next year if available.The condo is convenient to everything also, entertainment, restaurants and Historic district a short drive away.

This wonderful condo truly deserves its excellent rating! Responses from the management team were prompt and helpful. The living space was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The condo is very nice, recently renovated, and comfy. It has wonderful views of the ocean, and many doors and windows to let the sea breeze blow through. The kitchen is well appointed with new appliances, and cookware - including a stand mixer!The downtown area is comfortable walk or short drive andis filled with restaurants and quaint shops.We had one issue when we first arrived and the host resolved it immediately.It was a great visit and I'll happily stay here again.

The rental was spotless and up-to-date. They had so many extras, such as beach items for our use. It was right on the beach and the condo was so bright and beautiful! The host was amazing. We had a personal issue at the last minute and they were so gracious and kind to work with us to solve the problem. They were very communicative about check in/out and gave us lots of information about local spots to visit. I will definitely visit again.
