The Space:

Welcome to Eagle Bay Eyrie, where barefoot luxury meets laid-back West Australian beach

style. Just a short stroll to pristine Eagle Bay beach – ideal for sunrise swims and

champagne on the beach at sunset. At night it is a stargazers delight – this quintessential

home invites you to relax and enjoy every moment by the water whilst experiencing the

Cape Naturaliste bush. It’s unique feature is that it is a 3 acre property in the heart of Eagle

Bay. Inside, the beautifully appointed chef’s kitchen is a highlight for food lovers, while bright

living spaces and full length surrounding windows spill out to outdoor decks framed by native

flora. With room for up to 7 guests across three bedrooms and three bathrooms, there’s

space for families, friends and furry companions to relax in comfort. From sipping local wines

on the terrace to exploring nearby Dunsborough's cafés, breweries and trails, every stay

feels like a true escape.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the full home, gardens, outdoor terraces and parking.

Comfortable Wi-Fi throughout supports remote work or entertainment.

Check-out: 10:00am

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request (fees apply).



Noise & Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay.



Firewood

A small supply of firewood is provided for the indoor fireplace during the winter months (June–August). Additional firewood can be purchased from local fuel stations and hardware stores.



Leavers

We are currently not hosting Leavers bookings.



Pet Policy

This property is pet-friendly. A $95 pet fee applies per pet, per stay, with a maximum of two pets permitted. All pets must be approved prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms and must not be left unattended at any time. Guests must ensure pets are supervised throughout their stay, and noise restrictions still apply. All pet waste must be cleaned up, and any excess mess, waste, or animal hair left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

We respect guest privacy but are available via message or phone for local tips, check-in help
