Inside, the main floor is designed for both relaxation and productivity. You’ll find a comfortable TV room, a private office with a desk for remote work, a welcoming dining area, and a large, bright kitchen that’s perfect for preparing meals and gathering with family or friends. A convenient powder room is also located on this level.

The second floor offers three inviting bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom has a twin bed. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and is connected to a cozy sitting room wrapped in windows—an ideal spot to curl up with a book or enjoy a quiet evening in.

At the top of the home, the third-floor loft provides an additional sleeping space with a queen bed, creating a warm and private retreat. All beds are memory foam to ensure the most comfortable sleep.

Step outside and enjoy your own private backyard oasis, complete with a patio, outdoor seating & dining table, and a BBQ—perfect for summer evenings and relaxed outdoor dining.

Such a lovely place to stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and checking in and out was smooth! We especially appreciated how peaceful it felt, while still being close to everything. Was easy to get to beaches and right next to a lobster shack! Would happily come back!

I can’t say enough good things!! We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredibly clean and well cared for. Everything was exactly as described and the hosts were so easy to communicate our plans was.One of the best parts was being right downtown! It was so convenient and we loved being able to walk everywhere and explore all that Charlottetown has to offer.We truly loved our time here and will absolutely be staying here again on our annual trips to the island…Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place in a perfect downtown location with lots of charm. We’ll definitely be back!
