The beach-entry pool has shallow steps that work for every age — toddlers, grandparents, and everyone in between. MI Island Time is a Holmes Beach vacation rental with a 3-5 minute walk to the Gulf, four queen sleeping spaces, and one of the most practical layouts in the portfolio for groups who work remotely or travel with mixed generations.
One bedroom is configured as a Murphy bed office — a full desk, power outlets, and a comfortable sleeping space that converts between the two as needed. The other three bedrooms each have queen beds. Three full bathrooms serve eight guests. Two balconies — the master suite balcony has a chaise lounge for private morning coffee, the second balcony is for sunset viewing.
The covered entertaining area beneath the home has comfortable seating and staging space for meals and snacks — the right setup for a group that wants to gather outside without the Florida sun overhead. Ground-level storage holds the beach wagon, beach gear, and bikes. Load everything into the wagon and walk 3-5 minutes to the Gulf.
Please note: a golf cart is on the property but is not available for guest use.
The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. High-speed WiFi throughout. In-unit laundry. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the island without a car.
MI Island Time requires a one-week minimum stay with parking available on-site.
