Spread out around the spacious, fully screened pool area or enjoy a refreshing dip in the attached spa. When everyone works up an appetite, fire up the gas grill for a poolside barbecue. There's outdoor seating for four at the patio table.

Inside, challenge your guests to some friendly competition in the game room complete with a foosball table, giant stacking tower, multi-arcade video game cabinet, and a smart TV equipped with an Xbox console and gaming chairs. For some more casual downtime and group gatherings, unwind in the open living area while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. The expansive island kitchen boasts ample counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances for family style meal planning.
