THE SPACE
Step outside onto the veranda on a sun-drenched Hunter Valley morning with your coffee and watch kangaroos grazing out front. Come evening, fire up the BBQ for an outdoor feast, then into the private hot tub under a clear, starry sky. Open a crisp local wine and let the breeze in.

Air conditioning in the living room takes the sting out of a hot Hunter afternoon - the natural place to land between lunch and dinner. Timber floors, a deep sofa, and a smart TV when you want it. A gas fireplace is there for cooler evenings.

The kitchen is open, bright, and fully equipped for everything from slow weekend breakfasts to shared dinners. A 5-burner gas stove, extra-large oven, generous island bench, and Lavazza coffee machine are all at your disposal.

Three calm, uncluttered bedrooms, each with ceiling fans, are designed with rest in mind:

All rooms have quality linen and comfortable beds. One bedroom includes a dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected.

The bathroom is modern and fresh, with a spacious walk-in shower. There's a separate WC as well, so six people aren't queuing for one door. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after the hot tub or a day at Newcastle's beaches.

The covered veranda is set up for alfresco dining with a BBQ overlooking the lawn. An outdoor fireplace keeps the evenings going once the sun's gone. The private hot tub sits just off the deck - best after sunset, once the day cools off. A rope swing in the backyard for the adventurous types.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. The property suits dogs accustomed to indoor living. Pets must not be left unattended or on furniture.
