Very happy with our stay, the location is good, walking distance to the beach.
The house is walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to local restaurants and shops. The house has sea views and everything you could need for a comfortable stay.
Spacious, comfortable, quiet, only short drive to beach, shops, cafes etc.
Lovely verandah outlook and very private.

Petegian Perfection
Great location for as we could zip to Noosa ir Peregian beach depending on the wind. Safe beach. Loved sitting on the deck amongst the birdlife & watching the sunset.
Great for small families wanting a quiet retreat. Plenty of space for little ones and furry ones. The backyard couldn't be used as it wasn't landscaped, but we enjoyed the big deck out back. We struggled in January heat with only one aircon but we had a great time, would stay again.
We enjoyed our stay immensely. Our doggy loooved the bed provided and the Airco was a great relief on the hot days. Very well appointed. Only had to bring food (the local IGA is amazing.)
Only down side was no WIFI.
Lovely, clean polished floorboard house with nice views from the deck and lovely breeze to match. fully fenced yard with lockable deck for the 4-legged member. And loved the small touches like shaped ice cubes ready in the freezer for that holiday cocktail/mocktail :)
While this might not be the "plush" stay it is the cool comfortable, centrally located, quiet stay, that is dog friendly and relaxing and easy. The views from the back balcony make it the perfect "end of day" retreat to enjoy a gin and tonic and a cheese board.
As this is a dog friendly accom it's all there. A spot to wash off the dog, a comfortable dog bed and a spot on the sun and a cool breeze to dry off quickly. The yard is fully fenced so our dog was safe and secure.
This property was a great base with dog beaches close by thru to the ones you have to drive a little further for but are well worth visiting for a fabulous day out.
IGA just down the road is outstanding, and coffees and fab restaurants to enjoy.
We loved our stay and will be back again. So breezy and relaxing why would we not.
Stayed for 7 nights in this pet friendly home. The home has everything you need and has the most comfortable beds and pillows.
The view from the deck to the ocean and local area is to die for.
It is a great pet friendly house and the deck is lockable too.
The nearest beach is not for dogs so you do need to walk a little further towards Marcus Beach or drive.
Half of the garden is overgrown which is a shame for the dogs so didn’t feel happy leaving them in the garden as risk of snake habitat as dense and so many long grasses. The top half is ok but I’d have to stand there to keep an eye on the dogs when toileting.
If this was cut shorter and cleaned up it would be perfect.
Ros and Ruby at Peregian Beach Holidays management company were terrific. Fast with communication, very friendly and would answer any queries.
I would definitely stay here again as so handy for the beautiful shops and restaurants in Peregian village.
Thank you x

Great location but Dirty and Unmaintained Garden
The house is a very rustic beach property in a great location with lovely sea views and in walking distance to a beautiful beach. But it was filthy when we moved in on the Sunday - it took me hours to clean and I needed to use my own linen (Dog hair everywhere, duvets and cushions had other guests hair on them, midges, cockroaches dead and alive, dirty bathrooms with previous people’s empty toiletries about). There was nobody in the office on Sunday so we complained on the Monday and got the same cleaner back on Thursday!! A lot of the furniture is old and the garden is not maintained at all thorns everywhere on the ground we couldn’t use it and were restricted to the balcony. The place has potential but needs work and a deep clean. I would not recommend it unless extremely rustic is for you. Also extra fees for dogs are not communicate on Stays overview but apply afterwards. The tumble drier broke but they did replace that quickly which was great.
