If the apartment is not satisfactory upon arrival, please notify us within 6 hours so we can arrange a re-clean. Refunds will not be issued if this opportunity is declined.



Check-Out-

Please leave the apartment tidy. Excess cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.

Cots, highchairs, and baby baths are available for $20 per item (limited availability—please request in advance).

Lost & Found-

Items are held for 2 weeks. Postage can be arranged at the guest’s cost.
