We had a great time staying by the lake. The house was exactly as described in the listing and had everything we needed for our trip. Check-in and checkout process was easy to follow, and had good communication with the owner when we had questions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on Coffee Pond.
Wonderful pondside retreat perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kids had a blast with the canoe, paddle boat, fishing off the dock, and swimming in the clear water. A peaceful escape for the whole family!
Great place, built and maintained with love and care!
We enjoyed our stay and being right there on the water! House was very comfortable with best equipped kitchen. Place was clean and very thoughtfully stocked kitchen.
We enjoyed our stay on Coffee Pond. The house had everything we needed, and the private yard was great for our two dogs. The house is also not far from restaurants and shops which was nice for the one rainy day that we had while we were there.
The property was wonderful! Plenty of privacy while just a short drive into town for retrieving any supplies forgotten while packing. The direct water access was exactly as shown in the pictures and made our stay amazing!
Beautiful location on a sparkling clean pond. The owner was very attentive to our needs, and the location is perfect. House is well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. We have spent time on most of the lakes/ponds in the region, and this is our favorite. Before we left, the grandchildren were already looking forward to coming back next year.
Absolutely fantastic house in a perfect location! We had a blast at this house...Coffee Pond is beautiful! The swimming, fishing and relaxing made for an ideal summer vacation. We will certainly be back!
We loved our week at the Camp. After the initial rain cleared, we spent all our time outside on the magnificent lawn overlooking and in the lake. It was just what we needed to relax and unplug.
We had an excellent time as a group of friends in their 40s. An excellent fire pit built for friends and cousins and a lake so clean if a turtle were trying to hide, you’d find it.
We went during the winter. It was so peaceful, pretty and private. Cannot wait to try it during the summer to be able to enjoy the summer amenities. Nice cozy & clean cabin. We had a lovely time.
We were so sad it rained on Saturday. We loved it there so much. We definitely stayed drinking coffee on the deck until the last possible minute. Thinking my kids and pup would love it here too
This past weekend exceeded my expectations. I will be sure to rent here in the future. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL view, crystal clear water, and an amazing set up for all ages within the house. Did I mention an amazing view?!
We stayed at this camp during the winter and it was the perfect Maine getaway destination. The camp is situated on a private and wooded lot and on beautiful lake. The camp was immaculate, well-stocked, warm, comfortable, and dog friendly. We enjoyed long walks in nature, playing board games, trips into Casco, and the views of the lake with gorgeous sunrises. The host was very accommodating during a surprise snowstorm, had timely communication, and left clear instructions. We look forward to returning to this camp again! Kim F.

Summer 2023 at Coffee Pond
The property was rustic but had everything we needed. Loved the pond- clear deep water. Nice dock and float. Also need umbrella on the dock area very sunny. Camp needs updating. Furniture needs updating for the price we paid to rent. Kind of a hike from the camp to the pond. Yard should be mowed and weed wacked. Yard furniture old and dirty and moldy I had to clean it. Zach was great though and we had alot of fun.
Our stay was absolutely perfect. To begin, the property was beautiful, inside and out. We loved the coziness of inside and also the space for us to have fun outside. The lake is the cleanest lake I have ever seen. Everything was super cleaned and comfortable. We truly felt that Zach was invested in making sure that we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. He was very helpful and communicative prior to our stay and answered all of our questions. We mentioned to him that were going to be bringing our baby and found unopened baby medicine in the cabinets. As a mother, that put a huge smile on my face. We also brought our dog and he made sure to leave dog bowls for water and food. I would definitely love the opportunity to come back. We have the perfect weekend.

We enjoyed having you and would love to host you again. Glad you enjoyed your stay.
This is a nice rustic home sitting on a large property overlooking the lake. Family met for Thanksgiving there and everyone had a great time. We could only imagine the added benefit of staying there in summer and taking advantage of the lake!
What a special spot! We could not have been happier to find this hidden gem on Coffee Pond. From the moment you walk in you feel as though you are in a family cabin and feel right at home. The cabin was spotless and properly was well maintained. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the large pantry provided plenty of storage for food. We loved walking on the frozen pond and had some wonderful afternoon fires. We can’t wait to come back, and can only imagine how fun it is in the summer! We had 2 dogs and our son, the fun was endless. From booking to check out it was a pleasure dealing with Zach and always made himself available.
This was our first time doing anything like this. it had everything we could have imagined. we especially enjoyed the flat land just before the dock. we enjoyed playing frisbee. I had friends mention that the refrigerator might not be very large as that was their experience. This refrigerator was very accommodating for our needs. 5 adults. The owner was always available for any questions. plenty of linens. towels sheets blankets. Oh! and another great amenity was the Central Air. We went during a very humid week. love this place and so grateful for VRBO and the owning of this awesome home for sharing and making this available. look forward to booking again.
Wonderful week at this charming cottage on Coffee Pond, we had a blast!
Cottage was filled with thoughtful amenities and charm! Deck was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon BBQ. We swam and fished off the docks and used the pedal boat to explore the lake and listen to the loons. Such a great week, thank you sharing this property with us, my family and I all loved it.
We loved this spot! Quiet, private, peaceful location with the beautiful lake in our backyard. We enjoyed the canoe, the paddle boat and all the lake had to offer. We loved the inside space too. Just the right amount of “camp”, with all the amenities to make it comfortable. Perfect week away from it all, and so hard to leave.
Wow. This stay was full of fun, peace, quiet, activity, comfort, and character. My husband and I arrived at camp with our 4 kids and my nephew (ages 10-17). The oldest is a girl and the rest are boys. This was perfect! They had so much fun in the paddle boat or canoe or swimming while my quiet daughter spent her time on the deck reading. The fire pit is large in area (our fire was not!) and provided many angles for our group to toast the most perfect marshmallow. Listening to the loons on the pond were medicine for the soul of this Maine transplant. There were plenty of places to sleep and the dart board was a heavy attraction! Unfortunately, it rained almost the entire time we were there! But there were also games to play in the house to keep us busy. On the first evening, we spotted a paper wasp nest under the deck. I informed Zach and explained that I just wanted him to know so he could take care of it sometime. We knew where it was and knew to avoid the area. Zack insisted on taking care of it the next day, in the rain, AND brought us cookies. The stay was too short and a place we will definately put on our list to visit again!

What makes this property unique
My favorite parts of camp are the yard, the lake, and the style of the home. I like to play games and the yard is perfect for that. I also love how clear and deep the water is so you can swim and explore in the water.
