Designed for relaxed coastal living, the home features generous light-filled spaces, stylish furnishings and seamless indoor–outdoor flow. Enjoy lazy days by the solar-heated pool, unwind in the gas-heated spa, or simply take in the calming marina views from the rear of the property. With three and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and two smart TVs, this home is ideal for couples or adult groups seeking comfort and space. Please note the garage is not available; however, off-street parking is provided for up to four cars.

Set within the exclusive Martha Cove precinct, the home is moments from the beach, coastal walking tracks and the cafés and restaurants of Safety Beach and nearby Dromana. While the property enjoys absolute marina frontage, the jetty is not available for guest use and swimming or fishing in the marina is not permitted.

If you have small children they need to be supervised as the property is not fully fenced and is on the waters edge.

Pet friendly with prior arrangement (property is not securely fenced).

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
