When we arrived the HVAC temp in the house was fairly warm for our liking. It would have been preferable to have the A/C on so we weren’t entering a hot house at the beach. It had been set to 82 degrees upstairs! Overall the house was great! We really enjoyed the property and location! Would definitely stay there again.
