Settle into a calm, well-laid-out home designed for comfort and privacy. Bedrooms are separated for easy sharing, with two bathrooms to keep mornings smooth. The dedicated study is ideal for remote work, video calls or focused study. Large windows bring in natural light, and the garden-facing aspect keeps the space quiet. Secure parking is included, with everything you need nearby for a simple, stress-free stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire apartment during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining areas, laundry, and the secure car space (if included). The building’s garden/courtyard is a shared residents’ common area and is available for guest use in line with building rules.

Very happy with our stay! The apartment has everything you would need. Such a good location, plenty of restaurants in walking distance and close to the tram. The owner was so friendly and very responsive. Look forward to staying again.
