It's located in the heart of Strathpine, just a short walk to all amenities, including the shopping mall, local restaurants, cafes, and the train station. From this northern Brisbane suburb, you can enjoy a quick train ride to the CBD (current one way fare is only $0.50 for all public transports). You'll also have easy driving access to Redcliffe, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Brisbane Airport and other attractions.
The property is located in a quiet, convenient, and friendly neighbourhood. It's just next to the main house with fence in between so it's very private.
Parking is available in the carport in front of the flat, or you can use public transport, as both the Bray Park and Strathpine train stations are within walking distance.
Sleeping arrangements include a double bed and a fold-out sofa double bed in the living area, accommodating up to 4 people (max 3 adults or a family of 4 - 2 adults & 2 kids).
Enjoy the entire house all to yourself! Access is through a shared driveway; you’ll find the flat on the left, just behind the carport.
