High above the street overlooking Cornelian bay is this 3 bedroom Edwardian weatherboard home with glorious water views.
Spacious rooms , seperate dining and seperate living room with high ceilings and polished wooden floorboards. Ducted heating and quality furnishings add to the comfort .
The property is on the bike track to the CBD set within an established garden.
There is an attached one bedroom apartment with its own entrance that can be rented separately.
Please note the driveway is a little narrow but there is free parking out front on the road if guests prefer.
