Place all garbage and recycling in the outdoor bins. Don't leave food outside to avoid pests. Extended stays might require a garbage change and pick up. If so, let the owners know to arrange a time.
Gather used towels and leave them in the bathtub, shower, or bathroom floor; do not strip the beds. Turn off the oven, stove, coffee maker, and any TVs. Ensure the AC/Heating is set low or off.
• Security & Checkout: Close all windows, do not lock the front door, leave the keys and fob on the side table. The security gates will open as you leave. Lost Fobs are $65.00
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Polo wraps, blankets, pads, or anything with horse hair, other than rider’s clothing, is not to be washed in the machines! Evidence is a $600 fine.
TV: Netflix and Prime are included; any additional charges are the guest's responsibility! Lost fobs are $65.00
No extra guests or vehicles are allowed; $200.00 a night will be applied. Exceptions: unauthorized overnight vehicle, must clear with the owners.

What a beautiful spot ! One of the best places I’ve stayed , was just like home ! Truly a beautiful,, quiet place very handy for shopping in the area , not far from Thunderbird show park ! Has everything you need to feel at home ! Stunning ! Will definitely stay here again ! Roz
