We were so pleased with this condo. It was immaculate, comfortable, completely furnished kitchen, very safe environment with easy walk to restaurants, etc. Host was very helpful, provided prompt service and responsive to questions. Great location.

The apartment has been great for a family of 4. Plenty of room and well located for all you’d like to do in Vancouver. Really appreciated the toiletries in the bathrooms since some of our luggage was delayed after a cancelled flight from London. Sara was very understanding and helped us with checking in after what was a very long and exhausting journey. Can’t fault the accommodation.

A bit pricey but very central, clean and well maintained. The host was friendly and responsive. I suggest separate bins for garbage and recycling as it would make it much easier to manage on check out.

The condo was great! Comfortable and spacious. Location is fabulous! Everything is walkable within 10min. Cost is a little high compared to other areas, but that is to be expected in downtown Vancouver. Still cheaper than 2 hotel rooms by far.

All was fine. I would suggest you instruct visitors on how the keypad functions. As it is black upon arrival I did not know I had to push bottom left to see the numbers to enter the code. I figured out bottom right is to lock the door.

Location is a solid 10.Layout and style, a solid 10.But... There were and are issues.1. The Condo venting system is obstructed. As a result, the dryer vents into the ensuite bathroom fan/vent, creating a steam sauna in the bath and bedroom. The Ensuite fan vents back into the dryer, so it can't clear the bathroom. The guest bathroom fan/vent does not work at all. So yeah, none of the vents work, and you don't dare use the dryer. The Host was aware when we reached out. Given the amount of lint in the ensuite grill, this is not new.2. The garbage disposal does not work. The kitchen sink does not drain well and backs up into the guest bath sink. Again, the host was aware when we reached out.3. Each person gets 1 (one) bath towel. Each bath and the kitchen get 1 (one) hand towel. That's it. Given the inability to use the washer/dryer, this was not good.4. Only one Condo access fob is available, period. If someone is out of the Condo with the fob, all others have to wait until they return. The others won't be able to leave and access the building without it. Everything and everyone has to come and go and use the fob at the same time.5. Only 1 dishwasher pod and 1 spare roll of toilet paper provided.

The apartment was at a great location downtown. We were within a few blocks of Davies which has lots of restaurants and Robson’s which had all the shopping. Also, around the building is Fat Mao’s which is a very good Thai Noodle place. We had a rental car and the included parking space in the building was much appreciated in this area which charges for parking on the street until 10:30 pm. Finding the parking space for us was a small challenge for us even with the provided video but we found it. Only 1 fob key to the building was provided so we had to make arrangements with ourselves to get back inside the apartment when we were separated. But it was a great place and would definitely rent from again.
